| | | Douglas Florence, Sr., CPP
Douglas Florence is a surveillance and gaming operations expert with over thirty years of security management experience. He has held Director of Surveillance positions at both The Mirage and Rio Suite Hotels & Casinos in Las Vegas. He also has worked at KPMG Peat Marwick, Kroll Associates and spent fourteen years in retail loss prevention management. Mr. Florence is a California Licensed Investigator, and is designated a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) by the American Society for Industrial Security International (A.S.I.S.). At A.S.I.S., he founded The Gaming Protection Council, comprised of global Gaming Security Executives including Canada, Australia, England, South Africa, US (including Atlantic City & Las Vegas) with representatives including Native American Gaming, Riverboat and Cruise Line Gaming. Mr. Florence is also an associate member of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association, an active member of the Int'l Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL) and a guest lecturer for the Casino Management Association (CMA) certificate program.

Dr. Hoyt has 25+ years of experience in defining product requirements and streamlining manufacturing processes for award-winning, innovative products. He was Chief Technologist & Managing Director at ZIBA Design. At Flextronics, which operates in 35 countries with approximately 200,000 employees in manufacturing, logistics, procurement,design, engineering and ODM services including about 4,000 design engineers and $30+ billion annual revenues, he developed several product development teams in Asia (clients included Xerox, HP). In 2003, he started Gearhead Associates where Project areas include scaling-up biomedical processes, disposable drug-delivery devices, consumer audio products, mass-customization of electronic components, and multi-stage hydraulic actuators for hand tools. Dr. Hoyt is a three-time graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)...BS, MS, & PhD.

| | | Dr. Roland Mueller, PhD
Dr. Mueller has over 20 years direct experience in the field of vacuum web coating. In 1991, he founded ROWO Coating in Germany. His factory and lab provide web coating solutions for technical and highly specialized applications. ROWO clients cover the building, automotive, medical, packaging and electronics arenas. Prior to being an entrepreneur in Germany, his global technical management career included over a decade in the Silicon Valley (Morgan Hill, Ca) running a division of Degussa which produced materials for Thin Film Coatings. Degussa AG is a multinational chemistry corporation (one of Germany's largest chemical companies with 45,000 employees) and the world's largest producer of specialty chemicals. Dr. Mueller earned his Ph.D. in Material Science from the University of Stuttgart.
